Countdown To Europe: Italy & Spain

Dearest Readers, in about 6 days I will be embarking on one of the greatest adventures of my life. I will be going to Italy & Spain with my family. This is also my first time leaving the U.S.
The fact that the trip is only 6 days away hasn't hit me quite yet, mostly because I'm dreading the next few days at work, and also since it is Memorial Day Weekend- which for my job will be a crazy, warm, hectic weekend; filled with drunk boaters, and locals pilling into the restaurant hoping for the nicest seat on our deck.

On the other hand, I need to start packing, and figuring out what to wear. . . Can't I just bring my whole closet? Nope. That is out of the question. I am the Queen of Overpacking. Always bringing clothing items for any situation or weather change.
